Unfortunately my parcel still seems to be stuck in Poland after it was sent on the 1st Dec and today is 20th Dec

Thank you for your comment. We understand your frustration. We did what we could on our side to dispatch the parcel as soon as possible. You've placed an order after the couriers picked up the parcels for this day. We shipped your parcel the next working day. Usually, around Christmas time couriers and especially post services are overloaded with parcels which causes the delay. Most probably the parcel is already in the UK since a week but it was not checked by Royal Mail. Around Christmas time it is always preferrable to use alternative courier such as DHL or UPS if you would like to receive the parcel faster.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up the delivery.
